| Subject: | NullModem Crashes Maimi |
I'm trying to run Maimi over the serial port via a null modem into a
Windows98 Machine. I know the nullmodem cable is fine since it runs Amiga
Explorer. When I set Maimi up to use the null modem, it crashes my
Amiga4000. Maimi runs fine over my 14.4 external modem, but I'd rather run
it over the null modem into a PC with an internal 56k modem. Any
suggestions? Better yet, has anyone else made the nullmodem function on
Maimi work with a PC?
Additional Info:
Regular old PPP connection.
Amiga Explorer is a program that allows one to transfer files from a PC to
an Amiga via a null modem.
I'm using an A4000 with no other special hardware.
The null modem is a full null modem with handshake (as recommended in the
Amiga Explorer docs).
